As a software developer I could immediately relate to this book. we have so much in common in terms of interactions with the future and current users of our products. When staring a projects users can not fully understand what the potential of the new product will be, be this a building or a software product. So we have to find ways to stay flexible and can later change, when users get new insights and ask for changes and extensions. This seems a much bigger challenge if you build in bricks and stone, concrete and steel than in software code, but changing architectures of software products in a later stage can become a bit of a nightmare too...Product details
